Tollstadt Travel helps people living in Germany plan and book trips: flights, hotels, transfers, visas and Umrah. You write to us on WhatsApp, a real agent works on your trip, and you decide what gets booked.
Who we are
Tollstadt Travel is part of Tollstadt, a company based in Dresden. We are registered with the trade office (Gewerbeamt) in Dresden as an intermediary for travel services (Vermittlung von Reiseleistungen). Our full company details are in the Impressum.
How we work
You tell us the trip, by text or voice note, in your own words. A rough idea is enough.
We compare the options across airlines, airports, hotels and routes, and send you two or three that fit your dates, budget and needs, with the full price.
You choose, we book. Nothing is booked without your clear yes. You receive the booking confirmations for everything we book.
We stay reachable before and during the trip, and help with changes and cancellations at no extra fee.
How we are paid
Asking is free. When you book, you pay a service fee that we tell you before you confirm anything. The fees are listed openly:

Payments run through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit).
What being an intermediary means for you
We book services in your name with the airline, hotel or rental company. Your travel contract is with that provider, and its conditions apply, for example for changes and refunds. We are not a tour operator selling package holidays. Details are in our terms (AGB).
