What you need

Tourist ETA 30 days USD 50 online (USD 60 on arrival); children under 12 free. Fee chart effective 1 Dec 2022, confirmed as standard rate for non-listed countries after 25 May 2026 change.

How to apply

  1. Use the official site only: Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Many look-alike sites charge extra fees.

  2. Have your passport, a photo and a payment card ready. Your passport must be the one you travel with.

  3. Apply well before you fly and keep the approval on your phone and on paper.
