How our visa service works

  1. Send us your passport photo page and your travel dates on WhatsApp. If you live in Germany on a residence permit, send that too, because it can change the rules.

  2. We check the current rules for your exact case and tell you the government fee and our service fee before we start.

  3. We fill in and submit the application on the official site, and send you the approved visa or authorisation as soon as it arrives.

Visa rules change often. We check these pages regularly against the official government sites, but the final decision is always made by the destination country and your airline at check-in. When in doubt, ask us before you book.
